Hey, nice to meet you!  My name is Claire Dieselberg. I grew up in Huntsville, AL and just moved to Cowan, TN this past summer.  I attended the University of Alabama in Huntsville and received Bachelor’s degrees in Secondary Education and Biology. After graduating, I taught a semester of 8th Grade Science at Discovery Middle School in Madison, AL. This will be my first year teaching at North Middle (and my first full year of teaching ever)! In my free time, I enjoy reading at cafes, going on walks, and attending concerts.

As a new teacher, my goal for this school year is to build strong relationships with my students and coworkers, and to create a safe and fun learning environment! I love getting kids excited about science, so I definitely want to do a ton of labs and hands-on activities this year too!
